Email support@ballistagroup.com from your work email address. Include your subsidiary or tenant name, the page or mobile screen where the issue occurred, and the visible mobile version/build label if applicable.
Mobile App Sign-In
Ballista CRM mobile uses secure email codes. Request a fresh code from the app, enter the newest code from your email, and avoid reusing older messages. If a code expires or was already used, request a new code before trying again.
