What Ballista CRM Does

Ballista CRM is a business CRM used by authorized company personnel to manage contacts, companies, leads, deals, tasks, notes, forms, quotes, meetings, campaigns, and related sales or marketing activity.

Information Processed

The system may process account identifiers, work email addresses, CRM records, customer contact details, sales notes, task history, marketing preferences, email engagement data, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide CRM functionality, enforce tenant and role-based access, support sales and marketing workflows, improve reliability, investigate abuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Mobile App Data

The mobile app uses Supabase authentication and Ballista CRM mobile API endpoints. It may store session data, active subsidiary selection, and unsaved drafts locally on the device. The mobile app must not include service-role keys, OAuth client secrets, campaign secrets, or other server-only credentials.

AI-Assisted Features

Tenant administrators may enable optional AI-assisted business card parsing for the mobile app. When enabled, extracted business-card text, not card images, may be sent through the Ballista CRM backend to a configured AI provider, such as OpenAI, to help structure contact fields. Users must review parsed details before saving them to the CRM, and the feature can remain disabled per subsidiary.

Account Deletion

Authorized users can initiate an account deletion or access-removal request from the mobile app or by contacting support. Some CRM data may be retained when required for business, security, legal, compliance, or contractual reasons.
